Steamboat Basecamp is a 52,000-square-foot adaptive reuse development in West Steamboat Springs, reimagined by MR Homes to deliver attainable housing and neighborhood-serving commercial space in a community-focused setting. The completed first phase includes The Lofts @ Basecamp, a 73-unit rental community, and Basecamp Row Townhomes, a collection of seven for-sale townhomes featuring modern mountain interiors.
