Eric has over 21 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. He has successfully created a portfolio worth over $250 million, including the acquisition of nearly 1,000 multifamily apartment units and over 800,000 SF of suburban office, flex, and industrial space.

Chris serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Construction. With 25 years of experience in construction management, he supervises the daily activities of third-party general contractors and oversees a captive construction team.

With 16 years of real estate investment and development experience, Bill serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance. He oversees the underwriting, acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition of a diverse portfolio comprising multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality projects.
