The Colonel is a five-story mixed-use development in Washington, D.C.’s vibrant 9th Street Corridor, blending historic preservation with new construction. Named after Colonel Robert Gould Shaw, commander of the first African American regiment in the U.S. Army, The Colonel honors the legacy of the Shaw neighborhood while contributing to its ongoing revitalization.
