This five-story building was originally The Mount Vernon Cotton Factory in 1847. In 2015, May | Riegler first developed this property as 25 industrial chic rental apartments branded as “The Mill”.

In 2022, our team renovated and converted this property from rental lofts into private condominium residences called Masonry Lofts.
