South Cathedral Mansions is an historic landmark in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. Originally consisting of 131 units, the building had many large, dated, and inefficient units. May Riegler brought the entire building up to a “Class A” standard of finish, added several amenities, and 39 additional units to the existing structure. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, men’s and women’s lock rooms, a sauna, and outdoor pool with Clubhouse. Approvals include Commission of Fine Arts (CFA) and the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB).
