The Fitzgerald and Carraway are a collection of 51 units in neighboring apartment buildings directly across the street from Rock Creek Park, in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. The buildings were rehabilitated in order to bring affordable yet modern apartments to the community. The common areas, landscaping, and lobby have been fully restored and outdoor amenities such as a picnic area, dog run, and outdoor grills are available for the use of the tenants.
