Blackbird, located just across the street from the Potomac Ave Metro on Capitol Hill in SE DC, opened in the fall of 2019 with 167 units and an incomparable array of modern amenities coupled with a dynamic food hall on the ground floor called The Roost. The Roost is a multi-concept culinary clubhouse driven by the Neighborhood Restaurant Group and features numerous casual dining options, a wine and spirits bar, a craft beer garden and a full service restaurant.
